Today we learned that we've been accepted to the UC Hastings Startup Legal Garage spring patent cohort. Through this program, a group of students will work with us under the supervision of an outside law firm (free of charge) on a project related to our patent strategy.
Lucky for us (and coincidentally), our fantastic patent attorney, Amy Embert, is part of one of the outside law firms with which Startup Legal Garage works. So, they've arranged for Amy to supervise the students who will be working with us. Todd and I will meet with Amy in January to discuss the best way to utilize this opportunity and the specific goals we want to achieve regarding our patent strategy. We're super excited and grateful to be part of this fantastic program.
